A 9 year-old sports lover

Nine year-old Alex loves his sport. However, to complete a race in the school sports, or to play games, he regularly had to stop to use his "puffer" when his wheezing got too much.

Alex had two Bowen treatments in July and September 2001 which included the asthma procedure. He immediately improved and now only uses his medication when he has a bad cold.

His father commented that they didn't know whether it was the Bowen or whether it was the child growing out of the condition which had resolved the situation. However, since all other cases are proving to progress in exactly the same way, it is much more likely to be the Bowen.
